My package was shown as delivered but I don't have it.If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly to file a claim https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm Isn't It Lovely Collection does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered.

Can an item be added to my order?Unfortunately no, once the order has been placed and processed items can not be added. A separate order would have to be placed for the additional item you are wanting to purchase.
