Things You Need to Know
Placing an order with us means that you have agreed to the following terms and conditions. Isn't It Lovely Collection has an all sales are FINAL policy. Our strict No return and No exchanges policy is on all products. For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defected please report this issue within 5 days after your package arrival. A replacement if available will then be shipped to the original shipping address. This is a legal agreement when purchasing from us. No exceptions.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been shipped.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for its receipt that you are accepting a damaged box.
